Are you in need of a soul detox?

Back at your desk and already struggling to maintain those New Year resolutions? This blog is about a trip that will support you to leave behind the old and make way for the new. We are calling all trailblazing women who want to live and love differently.

March 12-26th 2018 marks the start of an epic sisterhood adventure to Mother India, one that will be packed with beautiful experiences designed to awaken your soul and rejuvenate body, and mind.

Do you dream of visiting or returning to India? Do you feel the need for something different, exciting, soulful? If so, come and join us on a heart opening, enlivening expedition to Amritsar and Dharmsala, in the North West of the country. We will be taking various spiritual de-tours to holy sites like The Golden Temple and spending time in MacLeod Ganj, the home of the Dalai Lama and a vibrant Tibetan community.

The climax of our trip will be our retreat at the breath taking Basunti Yoga and Wellbeing Retreat Centre, an oasis in the foothills of the Himalayas. There you will be led through an extensive yoga and empowerment coaching programme that celebrates the gifts and power of the divine feminine energy that resides deep within you, and all around you.

The picture shown points to The Golden Temple or Sri Harimandir Sahib as it was named. This sacred place is not only a central religious place of the Sikhs, but also a symbol of human sister-brother-hood and equality – it stands as a beacon of light to those who step through its doors. Everybody, irrespective of cast, creed or race can seek spiritual solace and religious fulfilment without any hindrance. It is located in Amritsar, Punjab. The Langar at the Golden temple serves up to 200,000 people during special religious events. Amazingly, all the food served are donations from the faithful. Do you want to experience praying and breaking bread together in this holy place?

This retreat will connect you to your body’s natural wisdom and raise your vibrations.

If you want to be part of a tribe of women who believe in togetherness and are committed to creating a sacred space to be and belong together, then this is your tonic. You do not need to be a yogi to attend, but you do need to have an open mind and heart, and be willing to move your body, mind and spirit.

We are down to our last spaces, come…
