If it’s anything other than love, you are at war…
What does a white woman know of racism? I’m surprised to say, I know more than I realise. Last week set off a time bomb in my inner world, a vibration which was slow to start began growing, a small ember took hold and the heat started to build. Some of the stories in this blog have surprised me because they have been lying dormant for a long time, but as I wrote, memories of times where I experienced racism and sexual discrimination flooded in.What’s love got to do what it – Why the corporate world needs to embrace the L word.

Healing the woman within – how I came back from the brink and turned grief into gratitude…

Women, will you take off your masks?
My life purpose is to help female leaders connect with their body wisdom so they can move from a place of inner intuitive knowing.

Did you come to this planet to get a bigger house or to expand and grow?
This is a blog about letting go of what is keeping you stuck and tuning into your own body wisdom, and the calling of your divinity.

Waking up from the neck down

The joy hunter
The link between an open heart and joy is direct. If you try to close your heart, you will diminish, stagnate, reduce or block the joy that exists in every moment of your daily life.
What are you longing for right now?
What urges are you suppressing right now? What pleasure, passion or creative inspirations are you blocking?
Don’t be afraid of your shadow
Don’t be afraid of the dark dear one, don’t be afraid. The path you are walking is one of light. Don’t be afraid of your shadow, it’s time to heal your pain.
Finding love in the eye of the storm!
Storm Doris has hit our shores and I’m sitting on a very late train, keeping people waiting on the other side and practicing what I preach!

Together we are stronger
My path to female communion and collaboration has been a long road; for many years I was unconsciously plugged into unhealthy beliefs that separated me from other women. I feared, resented and was jealous of them.
